Uconnect 8.4 RA3 (Canada) is the 8.4-inch non-navigation Uconnect head unit configured for Canadian-market vehicles. Bilingual English/French menus, AM/FM, SiriusXM, Bluetooth, USB, no built-in nav. The 8.4-inch screen dominates the centre stack.

RA3 has no NAV soft key on the home screen. If you tap a button and a map appears, you have RA4, not RA3. The Canadian variant differs from RA3 NA only in language packs and FM-step settings.
Where to find your serial number
Top of the chassis on a white sticker, slightly toward the rear. Removal required - the 8.4 Uconnect has no on-screen serial display while in lock mode.
Format on the label: TM9##### / T0MYD##### / A3C####### / A2C####### depending on supplier. Example: T0MYD17442 or A3C2200881.
How to enter the code once you receive it
Locked screen overlays a four-digit keypad in the centre of the 8.4 display. Tap the digits; verification happens on the fourth digit automatically.
Why your radio is locked
Loss of 12V power - dead battery, battery replacement, jump-start failure, or radio removal during dash service.
If you entered the wrong code
Three wrong codes triggers a 30-minute "INCORRECT CODE - WAIT" countdown. Keep ignition on while the timer runs - cutting power resets it.
