Where to find your serial number

Top of the chassis behind the screen module. R1 is removed as a single screen-plus-chassis assembly via four bolts on the dash bracket.

Format on the label: TM9D##### or T00AMW##### (5-character prefix Uconnect 4C). Examples: TM9D77204, T00AMW55103.

How to enter the code once you receive it

Lock screen shows the Uconnect 4C four-digit keypad on the right with a green Enter arrow. Tap the four digits then press Enter - this generation requires the Enter tap (no auto-verify on the fourth digit).

Why your radio is locked

Loss of 12V power - battery service, dead battery, or radio removal.
