Uconnect 8.4 UJM VP2 8.4" DT ROW is the Delphi-built 8.4-inch touchscreen Uconnect for right-hand-drive and rest-of-world Ram 1500 DT applications - large landscape 8.4-inch screen, built-in maps configured per regional market, DAB+ where applicable, RHD-optimised UI. UJM denotes the Ram DT-body fitment of the VP2 8.4 platform.

If your Ram 1500 DT is a US-market vehicle, you have a Harman-built RA4 VP4 NA or the Delphi VP2.5 5-inch base unit - not this Delphi UJM. The chassis label carries RHD or export-market regulatory marks. The 8.4-inch landscape screen distinguishes UJM from the 5-inch VP2.5 DT base unit on the same body.
Where to find your serial number
White printed label on the top of the chassis, near the rear edge. The DT-body Ram radio assembly comes out as a single bracket-mounted module with four 8mm bolts; pull the unit forward enough to read the label from above without unplugging the harness.
Format on the label: T0MYD##### (5 digits). Example: T0MYD64430.
How to enter the code once you receive it
Locked 8.4-inch screen overlays a centred four-digit numeric keypad on the lock prompt. Tap the digits; the radio auto-verifies on the fourth digit and unlocks immediately on success. No separate OK or Enter button on this VP2 lock UI.
Why your radio is locked
Loss of 12V supply for more than about a minute - dead battery, battery replacement, jump-start failure, or removal of the head unit. The 8.4 VP2 platform does not lock while it has uninterrupted power.
If you entered the wrong code
Three wrong attempts shows "INCORRECT CODE - WAIT" with a 30-minute countdown on the 8.4 screen. Keep the ignition in RUN or ACC so the timer counts down - cutting power restarts the 30 minutes. The radio never permanently locks; the correct code clears the screen once the timer expires.
