Where to find your serial number

White printed label on the top of the chassis near the rear edge. Three 7mm bolts and two trim clips release the dash bezel; pull the radio forward enough to read the label from above.

How to enter the code once you receive it

The locked 8.4-inch screen overlays a four-digit numeric keypad in the centre. Tap the digits in order - auto-verifies on the fourth digit and unlocks immediately if correct.

Any interruption of 12V power for more than about a minute - dead battery, battery replacement, jump-start failure, alternator service, or pulling the radio out of the dash.
