Aptiv Uconnect 5 UAG (VP2.7 platform) is the 7-inch non-navigation head unit for North American Dodge Durango WD trucks. The "UAG" code is the radio identifier. Wider screen than the 5-inch base unit, four-tile home layout, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wired, but no built-in maps.

- 2019-2023: Dodge Charger, Challenger (mid trims using the 7-inch VP2.7 NA radio)
UAG is the 7-inch non-nav variant. If your screen draws maps when you tap a NAV tile, you have the 8.4-inch UJM nav unit instead. If your screen is 5 inches, you have the UAA or DT base radio - not UAG.
Where to find your serial number
White label on the top of the chassis, slightly toward the rear edge. The radio must come out of the dash to read it - no on-screen serial display while locked. The Durango WD centre stack releases with two trim clips and four 7mm bolts.
Format on the label: T0MYD##### (5 digits after the prefix). Example: T0MYD62301.
How to enter the code once you receive it
Locked screen overlays a four-digit numeric keypad in the lower portion of the 7-inch display. Tap the four digits; the radio auto-verifies on the fourth digit and unlocks on success. No separate OK button.
Why your radio is locked
Loss of 12V power - dead battery, battery replacement, alternator service, or radio removal. Body-shop repairs that disconnect the battery are the most common trigger we see on Durango.
If you entered the wrong code
After three wrong attempts the screen shows "INCORRECT CODE - WAIT" with a 30-minute countdown. Keep the ignition in RUN or ACC; cutting power restarts the 30-minute timer. The unit cannot be permanently locked.
